The short version
By using Lead Gen System, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully. You control your outreach and how you use lead data. We provide the software โas is,โ and we work hard to keep it stable, secure, and useful.
Account & access
- Youโre responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Donโt share access in ways that violate your plan or compromise security.
- We may suspend access to protect the service from abuse or security threats.
Acceptable use
Use the product for legitimate business outreach and pipeline management.
- No illegal activity, harassment, or deceptive practices.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- No scraping or automated extraction beyond what the product provides.
Outreach responsibility
Lead Gen System may help you organize leads and create draft outreach, but you are responsible for how you contact businesses and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules (email/SMS/DM policies, anti-spam laws, etc.).
Credits, billing fairness, and plan limits
Plans may include limits (such as unlocks/credits). Fairness principle: credits should only deduct after a successful unlock/save. If an unlock fails, you should not be charged.
We may update plan details over time. If changes are significant, weโll provide notice in-product or on our site.
Refund policy
Lead Gen System is a subscription-based SaaS product operated under JG Creative Studio LLC.
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Access to the system and monthly credits is delivered immediately after billing.
We do not offer refunds for unused credits, partial subscription months, or cancellation after a billing cycle has started.
Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Any unused credits are forfeited at the end of the billing period.
If a verified system error occurs (example: a credit deducted during a failed unlock, or a duplicate unlock charge for an already unlocked lead), we may apply a billing correction or credit adjustment.
If you believe a billing issue occurred, contact Support with the date/time, what you clicked, which lead was involved, and what happened.
In rare cases, we may provide a one-time discretionary refund as a goodwill gesture. This is not guaranteed and is granted solely at the discretion of JG Creative Studio LLC.
Your data
You own the workflow and data you create inside your account (statuses, notes, tags, follow-ups, etc.). You can export your leads where supported.
Service availability
We aim for a reliable service, but availability isnโt guaranteed. We may perform maintenance or make changes to features. Weโre not liable for downtime or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers
Lead Gen System is provided โas isโ without warranties of any kind. We donโt guarantee outcomes (such as replies, conversions, or revenue). Your results depend on your niche, offer, messaging, and execution.
Termination
You can stop using the product at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, abuse, or security risks.
