Privacy Policy

• Account info: basic identifiers used to create and manage your account (e.g., email, user ID).
• Lead data you generate: businesses you view/unlock, plus CRM fields like status, tags, notes, and follow-ups.
• Usage/diagnostics: basic logs (errors, performance, and security events) to keep the service stable and secure.

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t run automated outreach from your account unless you explicitly enable that in the future.
• We don’t collect passwords for third-party platforms (we prefer OAuth where possible).

You can search and preview leads, then unlock leads when you want full details and CRM usage. Unlocked leads are stored in your account so you can work them over time.

Billing fairness: credits should only deduct after a successful unlock/save. If an unlock fails, you should not be charged.

Lead Gen System may rely on third-party infrastructure (for example: hosting, databases, analytics, or data providers) to function. These providers process data only to deliver the service.

If we add or change major providers, we’ll update this policy.

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS) wherever applicable.
• Principle of least privilege for service access.
• Monitoring and logging for stability and abuse prevention.
• We aim to avoid storing sensitive data that isn’t required.

Note: No system is 100% secure, but we treat security as a product feature.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service. If you request deletion, we’ll make a best effort to remove your account data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal or operational requirements.

You can also export your leads any time.
