Workspaces

LeadForge operates using a workspace-based structure.

A workspace represents a single operational environment for an individual user, agency, or team.

All platform activity occurs within a workspace, including:

Each workspace maintains its own data and usage limits.

  • territories
  • unlocked leads
  • vault pipeline data
  • LeadForge Copilot usage
  • analytics and territory intelligence

Workspace Ownership

Every workspace has an owner or administrator responsible for managing it.

Workspace administrators control:

Administrators are responsible for ensuring that all members comply with platform policies.

  • team membership
  • seat allocation
  • billing and subscription management
  • workspace configuration

Team Members

Some subscription tiers allow multiple users within a workspace.

Team members may collaborate by sharing access to:

All team members operate under the same workspace-level usage limits.

  • territories
  • unlocked leads
  • vault pipeline activity
  • LeadForge Copilot insights

Seat Allocation

Subscription plans may include a defined number of workspace seats.

A seat represents an active user with access to the workspace.

Seat availability is determined by the active subscription plan.

LeadForge may offer plans designed for:

  • individual operators
  • small teams
  • larger agency workspaces

Shared Usage Limits

Workspace members share the workspace’s usage limits.

This includes:

All activity contributes to the same shared usage pool.

  • discovery capacity
  • lead unlock credits
  • LeadForge Copilot message usage

Workspace Data Ownership

All discovered businesses, unlocked leads, and workspace records belong to the workspace.

If a user leaves a workspace:

Workspace administrators control access to all workspace data.

  • workspace data remains with the workspace
  • the user loses access to workspace records

Workspace Security

Workspace administrators are responsible for managing team access.

Administrators should:

Proper access management helps prevent misuse and unauthorized access.

  • invite only trusted members
  • remove inactive users
  • monitor workspace usage activity

Seat Limit Enforcement

LeadForge may restrict additional user invitations if a workspace reaches its seat limit.

In such cases, administrators may:

Seat limits are enforced to maintain fair platform usage.

  • remove inactive users
  • upgrade the subscription plan
  • purchase additional seat capacity where available

Team Activity Monitoring

LeadForge may log workspace activity to maintain system stability and transparency.

Activity logs may include:

These logs support system reliability and troubleshooting.

  • discovery actions
  • unlock actions
  • LeadForge Copilot interactions
  • billing and usage events
