LeadForge LLC
LeadForge LLC is a Missouri limited liability company that builds and operates the LeadForge platform for agencies and teams.
I built LeadForge to be something agencies can actually use to run real client-growth work. That means being clear about how the product handles data, AI, billing, permissions, and the decisions it makes on a user's behalf.
How LeadForge Earns Trust
LeadForge is built around clear product boundaries, transparent usage rules, documented AI limitations, and published security, privacy, retention, and provider practices.
Personal and Workspace access are intentionally separated so users only receive the information and authority available to their scope. Billing is designed around visible Discoveries, AI-assisted usage, seats, and capacity rather than hidden charges.
AI-assisted features are intended to support human judgment, not replace it. LeadForge documents where AI is used, how context is scoped, and where users remain responsible for reviewing generated work and consequential actions.
The policies in the Legal & Trust Center are the authoritative source for the detailed rules behind these commitments.
Security & Data Protection
LeadForge uses authenticated access, server-side authorization, Personal and Workspace data boundaries, managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted network transport, protected provider credentials, monitoring, and other technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the Service.
LeadForge also publishes the Security & Data Protection Policy, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Subprocessors & Service Providers document, and Data Retention & Deletion Policy so customers can review the controls and data-handling practices in greater detail.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but LeadForge is designed to use layered safeguards, restricted access, monitoring, and incident-response practices rather than relying on a single control.
Reliability & Enterprise Readiness
LeadForge uses managed infrastructure and third-party providers for hosting, database services, identity, payments, AI processing, video, business discovery, connected mailboxes, and notification delivery.
The Service Availability & Platform Reliability Policy explains how LeadForge handles maintenance, provider dependencies, degraded service, recovery, and protective restrictions. Contracted enterprise customers may also have specific service-level commitments through an applicable Service Level Agreement.
Enterprise-oriented documentation includes the Data Processing Addendum, Service Level Agreement framework, Subprocessors & Service Providers document, Security & Data Protection Policy, and Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
Where an executed customer agreement contains more specific terms, that agreement controls for the subjects it expressly addresses.
Our Commitments & Documentation
LeadForge publishes its Legal & Trust Center so customers can see the rules, safeguards, service expectations, provider relationships, and data practices that govern the platform.
These documents are updated as the product, infrastructure, billing model, AI systems, provider relationships, and legal obligations evolve.
The Trust Overview is intentionally concise. It summarizes the operating principles behind LeadForge without duplicating the full policy set, and the specific legal documents remain the authoritative source for each subject.
Customers reviewing LeadForge for operational, security, privacy, procurement, or enterprise requirements can use the Legal & Trust Center as the starting point for the current documentation set.
