Refund Policy

LeadForge plans are billed in advance based on the selected billing cycle.

Unused monthly capacity does not automatically roll over unless explicitly defined by a purchased capacity product.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial cycles or unused subscription capacity.

Verified platform billing defects may be corrected through credit adjustments or billing remediation.

Limited discretionary exceptions may be applied case-by-case and do not establish a recurring entitlement.
