Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to cookies and similar browser technologies used on LeadForge websites and within the LeadForge application.
These technologies may include HTTP cookies, local storage, session storage, and comparable browser-managed storage used to maintain sign-in state, preferences, security controls, feature state, and product continuity.
Essential Authentication and Session Technologies
LeadForge and its authentication provider may use cookies or related browser state to maintain authenticated sessions, protect sign-in flows, associate requests with the correct user, and preserve secure account access.
Disabling essential authentication technologies may prevent sign-in, session continuity, or other core product functionality.
Security and Abuse Prevention
Cookies or related browser state may be used to support security, request integrity, abuse prevention, account protection, and other controls necessary to operate the Service safely.
These technologies are considered operational rather than advertising-oriented where they are used solely to protect users or the platform.
Preferences and Product Continuity
LeadForge may use local or session-based browser storage to remember settings such as theme, display preferences, interface state, dismissed notices, selected product options, and other user-experience choices.
Some preferences may be device- or browser-specific and may not synchronize across devices.
Clearing browser storage may reset those preferences and cause notices or setup choices to appear again.
Demo and Temporary Experience State
LeadForge may use temporary browser state to operate the authenticated demo, landing-page viewer, theme selection, suppressible demo notices, and other non-production experience controls.
Demo-specific browser state is intended to isolate the demo experience from a user's real Workspace and may be cleared or replaced when the user exits the demo or changes sessions.
Connected Services
When users connect supported third-party services, those providers may set or use their own cookies or browser technologies as part of authentication, authorization, account selection, or provider-hosted pages.
Third-party cookies and browser technologies are governed by the applicable provider's own policies when they are controlled directly by that provider.
Analytics and Similar Technologies
LeadForge may use operational telemetry, logs, or browser-generated technical information to understand product reliability, errors, security, and usage.
If LeadForge introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar browser technologies that require consent or additional disclosure under applicable law, LeadForge will provide the relevant controls or notice before using them where legally required.
Managing Browser Storage
Most browsers allow users to block, delete, or restrict cookies and site storage through browser settings.
Blocking essential cookies or deleting required browser state may sign the user out, reset preferences, disable suppressible settings, interrupt connected flows, or prevent parts of LeadForge from functioning correctly.
Browser controls generally operate per browser or device, so changes may need to be repeated on each device a user uses.
Do Not Track and Similar Signals
Browser privacy signals and legal opt-out signals do not all have the same meaning or legal effect in every jurisdiction.
Where applicable law requires LeadForge to recognize a legally binding browser-based opt-out signal for a covered processing activity, LeadForge will apply that requirement to the relevant activity.
Changes to This Policy
LeadForge may update this Cookie Policy as browser technologies, authentication systems, product preferences, analytics practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published in the Legal & Trust Center.
