Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every user, account, Workspace, connected service, integration, and feature used through LeadForge. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies whether a user is acting in a Personal context, a Workspace context, or through a connected third-party account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LeadForge, including the conduct of users you authorize, complies with applicable law, these platform rules, and any obligations that apply to your business, customers, recipients, meeting participants, or connected providers.

Workspace owners and administrators are expected to manage access responsibly, but each user remains responsible for their own conduct. LeadForge may take action against an individual account, a feature, or an entire Workspace when the nature or severity of the misuse warrants it.

You may use LeadForge only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the Service to facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, stalking, threats, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, identity theft, malicious impersonation, or other unlawful or abusive conduct.

You may not use LeadForge to obtain, infer, disclose, or exploit information in a way that violates the rights of another person or business, nor may you use the Service to evade legal obligations that apply to your own activities.

If a use case is lawful only after obtaining consent, authorization, a license, or another legal basis, you are responsible for obtaining it before using LeadForge for that purpose.

You may not interfere with, disrupt, degrade, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to LeadForge, its infrastructure, databases, APIs, authentication systems, connected services, or third-party providers.

Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass authentication or authorization controls, exploiting vulnerabilities, introducing malware, overwhelming platform resources, interfering with another user’s session or data, attempting to access records outside your authorized scope, or using undocumented technical methods to defeat product restrictions.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive LeadForge source code, proprietary models, non-public APIs, security mechanisms, or internal logic except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

LeadForge discovery, lead, territory, and intelligence features are intended to support ordinary agency and business-development workflows. They are not a license to reconstruct, mirror, scrape, or commercially redistribute LeadForge’s business index, provider-derived data, or platform-generated datasets.

You may not use bots, scripts, headless automation, coordinated accounts, technical manipulation, or repeated requests to extract data at a scale or in a manner that circumvents LeadForge product controls, Discovery accounting, rate limits, export boundaries, or intended workflows.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or build a competing business-data product from substantial portions of LeadForge data or outputs unless LeadForge has expressly authorized that use in writing.

Ordinary use of lead and business information for your own lawful sales, research, account-planning, outreach, and agency operations is permitted subject to the Terms of Service, Data Usage & Discovery Policy, and applicable law.

You may not use Email Campaigns, connected mailboxes, or other LeadForge communication features to send unlawful spam, deceptive commercial email, phishing, malware, fraudulent solicitations, prohibited marketing, harassment, or messages to recipients you are not permitted to contact.

You are responsible for lawful recipient selection, sender identity, subject lines, message content, required disclosures, physical-address information, opt-out handling, and compliance with laws, provider rules, contractual obligations, and industry requirements that apply to your outreach.

You must not remove, conceal, falsify, or interfere with sender-identification, suppression, unsubscribe, or compliance mechanisms provided by LeadForge. You must not intentionally re-add, re-target, or message a recipient in a manner designed to evade a valid unsubscribe or suppression state.

You may not connect a mailbox you are not authorized to use or use another person’s account, domain, identity, or credentials to disguise the true sender of a campaign.

You may not use Team Threads, direct messages, shared-work features, usernames, or other collaboration tools for harassment, threats, impersonation, unwanted repeated contact, unlawful solicitation, malicious files or links, credential theft, or attempts to gain access to another user’s Workspace or account.

Where LeadForge permits direct communication between users outside the current Workspace, that functionality may not be used to evade Workspace restrictions, pursue users who have clearly rejected contact, or distribute content that would otherwise violate this policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you share through LeadForge is appropriate for the intended participants and does not unlawfully disclose confidential, proprietary, personal, or regulated information.

You may not use Team Video Chat, Meeting Intelligence, transcription, or related features to secretly record, intercept, monitor, transcribe, analyze, or retain communications where doing so is prohibited by law or where required notice or consent has not been obtained.

You must not misrepresent whether Meeting Intelligence is active, circumvent participant-facing consent or status indicators, or attempt to suppress or defeat product controls intended to provide recording notice or capture consent.

You are responsible for considering the jurisdictions and participants involved in a meeting and for using meeting features only when you have the legal authority to do so.

LeadForge’s AI-assisted and automated features, including Copilot, Business Partner Tasks, Lead Intelligence, Pitch Decks, Discovery assistance, Meeting Intelligence, and AI-assisted Support, may not be used to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

You may not attempt to manipulate models or automated systems to bypass LeadForge permissions, obtain another customer’s information, reveal protected system prompts or secrets, defeat safety or policy controls, generate or automate prohibited outreach, or perform actions outside the authority granted to your account.

You may not use automated features to create misleading representations that AI-generated, inferred, or synthesized information has been independently verified when it has not.

Automated execution does not transfer responsibility from the user to LeadForge. You remain responsible for reviewing and authorizing consequential outputs, messages, campaigns, research, tasks, and other actions performed using LeadForge.

You may provide LeadForge only with information that you have the right and authority to upload, import, share, or otherwise process through the Service.

You may not knowingly upload stolen credentials, unlawfully obtained personal information, malicious payloads, illegal content, or data whose processing through LeadForge would violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

You may not use Lead Imports or other upload functionality as a mechanism for bulk storage, distribution, or processing unrelated to the legitimate business purposes of the Service.

You may not share, sell, lease, or transfer account credentials in a manner that defeats user, seat, entitlement, or security controls. You may not impersonate another user, create accounts using false identity information for abusive purposes, or access a Workspace without authorization.

You may not use multiple accounts, Workspaces, identities, or connected services to circumvent plan limits, usage accounting, enforcement actions, suspensions, rate limits, or feature restrictions.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

LeadForge may enforce limits relating to Discoveries, AI-assisted processing, seats, campaign sending, meeting processing, API or provider capacity, and other resource-intensive features.

Lead unlocks are not a paid usage unit, but that does not permit automated mass unlocking, excessive resource consumption, or other activity designed to abuse platform infrastructure or defeat technical safeguards.

You may not manipulate requests, timing, account structures, automation, or other behavior to avoid usage accounting, capacity restrictions, throttling, abuse controls, or plan boundaries.

LeadForge may rate-limit, restrict, queue, or temporarily disable activity when reasonably necessary to protect platform stability, third-party provider relationships, other users, or service availability.

You may not sell access to LeadForge, white-label the Service as your own platform, sublicense LeadForge functionality, or provide unauthorized third parties with access to non-public LeadForge features or data.

You may not use LeadForge branding, logos, product identity, or generated materials in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or affiliation.

Nothing in this section prevents an agency from using LeadForge as part of its ordinary internal workflow or from delivering its own lawful services and work product to clients.

LeadForge may investigate suspected violations using account, Workspace, usage, security, diagnostic, and product records reasonably necessary to evaluate the conduct.

Depending on the circumstances, LeadForge may issue a warning, restrict a feature, suppress or block an action, revoke a connected integration, rate-limit activity, suspend an account or Workspace, remove access, or terminate service.

LeadForge may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary to stop unlawful activity, protect recipients or users, contain a security incident, preserve platform integrity, comply with law, or prevent material harm.

Where appropriate, LeadForge may preserve relevant records relating to an investigation, dispute, security event, or enforcement action.

Users who become aware of suspected abuse, security threats, unlawful messaging, unauthorized recording, account compromise, or other violations should report the issue through LeadForge Support or the contact method made available in the Legal & Trust Center.

LeadForge may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate a report.

LeadForge may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the Service, abuse patterns, product capabilities, or legal requirements change. The current version and last-updated date will be published in the Legal & Trust Center.

Material changes may be accompanied by additional notice where required by law or reasonably appropriate.
